Pasta Grannies: Vicky Bennison is the creator of ‘Pasta Grannies’, which has nearly two million followers across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. It all started when she noticed that younger Italians weren’t learning the traditional recipes of their grandmothers – recipes that would be lost unless someone recorded them Vicky was that person, who jumped in without any prior experience with video or filmmaking. Vicky’s first book, based on her ‘You Tube’ success, has been translated into 6 languages and won a James Beard Award in 2019.
