    You had the most wonderful Chinese ribs recipe and I think the lady who demonstrated how to make them called them “Candy” they were so sweet and delicious. she made them with Rice (day old rice)
    and in a wok I believe.
    Can you let me know what episode that was, I would love to make them. I think the cook on that show was Stir Fry guru Grace Young, maybe?
