I have put together a collection of recipes that you might find helpful during these stressful times – comforting soups, pantry based recipes, a variety of entrees, breads and a few easy desserts. Finally, since we are all baking more (myself included), I have set up a challenge for you: a French Apple Tart. The recipe comes from my most recent cookbook “Home Cooking 101,” Oxmoor House, 2016, and I have included all the how- to shots.
