What Do You Eat When You are in Maryland?

Well, blue crabs of course! We were staying with some new delightful friends in Lothian and what did they make us? Steamed crabs. They were so sweet and delicious but oh, what a lot of work. The Husband gave up early but was very very happy to eat the picked crab in a salad the next day.
