  1. I love this episode! Miss Martha Lou’s Southern Fried Chicken& sides remind me so much of my mother’s cooking (Tschula, MS.) especially her Oxtail soup,Friday fried fish dinners (Catfish & Buffalo fish) Crispy Crust & juicy Fried Chicken,Clabbered Buttermilk Biscuits & Cornbread, dripping with freshly churned butter & Beer Rabbit Syrup!! Happy tears…..God rest her soul. I was not fortunate to prepare these meals 1 on 1 from my mother, but I sat at the table and “WATCHED” her. So this episode is a blessing gift wrapped with the trimmings & everything good that comes in your show, Sara. Thank you, Ms. Martha Lou, Sara, thank you so much for this episode and introducing Ms. Martha Lou’s Restaurant & her “southern”cooking techniques to those of us who have just been wandering in heartfelt memories. You brought a beacon of light into our heart & kitchens. God bless you in your future episodes & cuisine ‍️endeavors! I am a”true” fan of yours over the years & you’re stuck with me girlfriend (we are 8 months apart and born the same year! you were in the Winter, February, and I in the Fall, October)!!
    Wuv you!
