Julia Child was one of the funniest people I ever spent time with, and now, when you really need some fun in your life, PBS has produced a new series starring the grand lady, called “Dishing with Julia.” They invited chefs around the country to view episodes of “The French Chef” and comment on them. I got paired up with Carla Hall (a very fun lady herself!) and we had the best time watching the first episode JC ever taped- Boeuf Bourguignon, as well as Pain de Mie (sandwich bread).
