Season 8 of “Sara’s Weeknight Meals” has started. I hope you will join me as I search for tempting family recipes to share with you. I start out in Europe visiting an old villa in Tuscany, a lemon farm on the Amalfi coast, and the fairy tale Spanish village of Madremanya.  Back in the states I visit a rice farm, learn how to make sushi, and connect with a cookbook club, all in California. At home in New York, a viewer joins me to make her beloved family dishes from Puerto Rico, I prepare Asian and Middle Eastern dinners with two special guests, and finally, head out to the garden to forage with a professional forager. Check out the details here.

Just watched your lemon farm visit on the Amalfi Coast, and I am in love! The absolute beauty of the area and the warmth of the grove owners was fantastic. I am enthralled by all the homemade ingredients used in the food for the meal. I, too, love lemons, and when you walked through the lemon grove, it was breathtaking. Such an inspiring show! Loved it.
I found it to be peaceful, for just a few minutes, taking me out of the all the problems and issues we face today.
    Thank you for that.
