On Thursday, June 7th, I will join Jacques Pépin for a Fund-Raising Dinner Gala celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Community Kitchen at the RI Food Bank and it’s new collaboration with the Jacques Pépin Foundation. The event will be held at the Newport Vineyards in Middletown, Rhode Island.
I will be the Keynote Speaker and the four-course dinner will be prepared by the finest locally and nationally known chefs, including Ming Tsai, Rick Moonen, Champe Speidel, Matthew McCartney, Jeremy Sewall, James Wayman and the Pastry Faculty from Johnson & Wales University. Special guests include Claudine Pépin, Rick Bayless, Barton Seaver, Jacques Torres, Michel Nischan and many more! A live auction with unique experiences will be conducted during dinner.
