On Thursday, January 19th, I will be at the Milk Street Cooking School from 6 to 8:30 pm as part of Milk Street Sessions, a series of live events that feature Christopher Kimball and special guests in conversation and cooking. Chris and I plan to debate egg whites, make apricot souffles, and talk about home cooking.
