Top Chef contestant and restaurateur Dale Talde joins me for Episode 305!

For Episode 305 of Sara’s Weeknight Meals, “Asian Flavors,”  Top Chef contestant and Asian-American restaurateur Dale Talde shows me his secret sources in New York’s Chinatown. We shop for pulled noodles and a basket full of fresh ingredients, then come back to my home kitchen to cook up Pad Thai with Oysters and Bacon and his signature dish, Angry Chicken, spiced like kim chee and marinated in yogurt with lots of potatoes to soak up the sauce.
