Here I am with – first, on the left, Marcus Samuellson chef/owner of many restaurants in NYCity and around the world. He reminisced about how the first time ever he was on tv was on GMA in the late 1980s where I was the prep person who set him up behind the scenes. On the right is Marc Murphy, chef/owner of Landmarc Restaurant (now an event space) and judge on many Food Network shows. We worked together on many field events when I was at Gourmet, including one in the Caribbean where I spent most of my time laughing (the guy is very funny). We are at the 50th anniversary party of ICE (the Institute of Culinary Education) where, fun fact, I taught briefly in the mid 1980s. It is a great cooking school.
