Come Join Me at a Wine and Food Pairing Dinner on April 18!

Join New Hampshire PBS and me for a Mediterranean feast at LaBelle Winery in Amherst, New Hampshire.

LaBelle Winery’s Executive Chef Justin Bernatchez will be preparing a menu based on my recipes which will be paired with special wines selected by Founder and Winemaker Amy LaBelle.

And bonus! — all ticket holders become New Hampshire PBS members with access to our streaming library, Passport.

MENU:

AMUSE

Smoked Salmon Riellette on Johnny Cake (red radish, shallots, sour cream, capers, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper.)

SALAD COURSE

Seared scallop and butter lettuce salad with blood orange vinaigrette (butter lettuce, avocado, chives, scallions, blood orange supremes, sunflower seeds, blood orange vinaigrette.)

APPETIZER COURSE

Inside out eggplant parmesan roll (filled with roasted red peppers, mozzarella, parmesan Reggiano, crouton, marinara, micro basil.)

ENTRÉE COURSE

Chicken Saltimbocca with artichoke sauce, roasted fingerling potato, asparagus

DESSERT COURSE

Hazelnut-almond Dacquoise

Italian stuffed strawberries (sweetened cream cheese, chocolate, orange zest.)
