Another fave discovery from the Fancy Food Show, Callie’s Biscuits. Here are the Country Ham Biscuits and Spicy Pimento Cheese in the back. I actually met the founder/owner, Carrie Morey at the Charleston Food and Wine Festival. We were both judges for the biscuit competition, but I never got over to her store, “Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit,” on King street in Charleston (she has a second store in Atlanta) because I didn’t have enough time on my last day and I was warned there was always a long line.
