On January 30th and 31st you can find me at the Mohegan Sun Casino Resort’s 13th Annual Sun WineFest. The event which runs from  January 29th to 31st features beer, wine, and specialty spirits tastings as well as tastings of the signature dishes from the region’s most highly rated restaurants. I will be making a Trio of Chocolate Desserts for the Celebrity Chef Dine Around on Saturday night from 8 to 11 pm and will demo How to Make a French Apple Tart on the Main Culinary Stage on Sunday from 1:15 to 1:45.
