The James Beard Foundation has just extended the application deadline for its 2015 Women in Culinary Leadership Grant to January 16, 2015. Women with at least two years of professional hospitality or culinary experience have the opportunity to apply for a chance to participate in a six or twelve-month accelerated, learning-by-doing mentorship program with one of nine top New York industry leaders. The program was conceived in 2012 by JBF trustee and restaurateur Rohini Dey and is offered under the auspices of the James Beard Foundation.
