Sara’s Weeknight Meals: Season 8

Episode 808: A taste of Northern California

California is farming country and on this episode we get a good look at what farm life is really like when we visit a young farmer who documents his life on the vlog: ricefarmingtv.com. He’ll join me and a local sushi chef to make sushi rolls: inside out cucumber rolls and a classic California roll, plus, a totally unique sushi burger. I also make Peppery Vegetarian Rice with San Francisco native and wok cooking specialist, Grace Young.
