It’s not easy coming up with weeknight meals that please both the kids and the parents. It’s hard enough getting one meal on the table, let alone two to accommodate different tastes. Well, I have a few kid friendly meals to share with you – beer batter shrimp that is sautéed quickly (not fried) and pasta pizza, a fun twist on pizza that takes advantage of leftover pasta. And finally, some helpful tips to keep the little people in the back seat happy on those long car trips.
