I travel to the West Coast for some delectable California food. First, I visit a Sacramento farmer with his own online video blog, then join him and a local chef to make Sushi two ways followed by Sushi “Burgers”. In Napa I discover a book club with a difference – they only read cookbooks, and each member makes a dish from that month’s selection. I make Shrimp Tikka Masala with Mango Chutney with one of the club’s members to bring to the group’s al fresco dinner party.
