My birthday was last week and my kids suggested we celebrate by going to the museum of my choice — we like to look at art together — and then dinner. So, I picked the Metropolitan Museum and then one of my favorite restaurants in New York City, Pascalou, which is on the Upper East Side within walking distance of the museum. Many moons ago, the chef/owner, Pascal Bonhomme, and I worked together at La Tulipe, a legendary restaurant on 13th Street. Pascalou is cozy and charming and Pascal’s food is outstanding. Every single thing we ate (and we tasted many many dishes) was stellar. https://www.pascalou.info/
