Zucchini Lasagne

The Husband and I were in Providence, RI, last weekend dropping off some underground comix to the RISD library (he donated his whole collection) and while we were there we dined at a restaurant that I loved when we were there in 2021. Oberlin is a seafood restaurant in downtown and I have to say, I had one of the best dinners I have had all year (actually, maybe the best?). Every dish was amazing but my two favorites read like sleepers – cucumber salad, and green beans and broccoli rabe – but were off the charts in flavor. Who knew a cucumber could be so exciting??? I thought I had pilfered the menu with the description of these two side dishes and could add more details, but alas I did not.

Anyway, I highly highly recommend this place. Everything we ate was worth the trip.
