Season 8 of “Sara’s Weeknight Meals” has started. I hope you will join me as I search for tempting family recipes to share with you. I start out in Europe visiting an old villa in Tuscany, a lemon farm on the Amalfi coast, and the fairy tale Spanish village of Madremanya. Back in the states I visit a rice farm, learn how to make sushi, and connect with a cookbook club, all in California. At home in New York, a viewer joins me to make her beloved family dishes from Puerto Rico, I prepare Asian and Middle Eastern dinners with two special guests, and finally, head out to the garden to forage with a professional forager.
