I will appear at the Fantastic Food Fest in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, February 10th and Sunday, February 11th. The event, presented by Indiana Grown, is a culinary celebration featuring food exhibitors, cooking demos, tastings, cooking classes, and appearances by chefs and authors. On Saturday, I will do a hands-on cooking class from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm (Egg Roulade Stuffed with Prosciutto, Pepper and Roasted Red Pepper), a cooking demo from 1:30 to 2:30 pm (Greek Diner Omelet and Warm Chocolate Cheesecake), and an autograph and book signing from 3 to 4 pm.
