On Saturday, April 8th, I will be at The Cooks Marketplace in Colorado Springs, CO for a Private Cooking Class and a Book Signing. The Class is from 1 to 3 pm and we will be making Tomato Paella Soup, Fusilli with Italian Sausage, and Bananas Foster Crêpes. The Book Signing will be at 3:30 pm and is open to the public.
