I am doing a special cooking demo to benefit the University of Michigan at Chef Central Paramus on May 24th.

The U of M Club of Northern New Jersey has invited me to do a special cooking demo for alums at Chef Central Paramus on Tuesday, May 24th at 6:30 pm. I’ll be making homemade butter and cream biscuits and signing my new cookbook, “Sara Moulton’s Home Cooking 101: How to Make Everything Taste Better.” All attendees will receive a copy of the book. Chef Central is located at 240 Route 17 North in Paramus. Here are all the details. I hope you will come join me!
