This is absolutely my favorite way to eat. I get tired of eating the same old entrée, bite after bite. At first, it tastes great, but then it gets boring. Why not have a whole bunch of diverse tastes instead? This is not hard to do as long as you make fairly simple recipes like the ones below. Or you can mix more elaborate appetizer recipes with very simple no brainers such as white beans, dressed with lemon, olive oil and herbs on bruschetta or my Mom’s favorite – halved cherry tomatoes topped with coarse salt and chopped fresh herbs.
