Behind the scenes
I live with two hard core carnivores, the Husband and my son. My daughter and I like a nice piece of lamb, beef or pork too but not like the boys. So even though I have been upping the vegetable component of our nightly dinners, there is usually a meat of some kind as well on the plate. I find meat easy to cook because it brings so much flavor to the mix. You don’t have to do too much to it to make it sing.
