I will be in Palm Desert, California on Saturday, March 23 for the annual Food & Wine Festival Palm Desert. The event which runs from March 22nd to 24th, is located on Larkspur Lane between El Paseo and Shadow Mountain. On the 23rd at 12:45 pm, I will be demonstrating two meals from one prep featuring duck, first Bistro Duck Breasts, and then a second entree in which I turn some of the cooked duck breasts into Peking Duck Wraps.
