I will be returning to The Silo Cooking School for a demonstration classe followed by book signing on Sunday, April 7th from 11 am to 2 pm. The Sunday Savoring Spring Tastes Menu will consist of Eggs Baked in Ham with Sofrito, Quick Asparagus Lasagna, Rice, Radish and Snap Pea Salad with Seared Beef, and Chocolate French Toast with Raspberry Sauce.

The school is located at Hunt Hill Farm, 44 Upland Road, New Milford Connecticut 06776-2199. It is the former home of Skitch and Ruth Henderson, and is part of the Smithsonian Institution affiliated Hunt Hill Farm Trust, a non-profit organization. Each class is $95.
