: A French Cooking Class
On Saturday, July 14th, I will be celebrating Bastille Day, the French day of Independence, with a French Cooking Class entitled “What I Learned Working Beside Julia Child.” Hope you will join me as I prepare Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg Crepes, Short Ribs Dijonnaise with Béarnaise Sauce, and Apricot Soufflés and share some of my favorite memories of Julia. The class starts at  11:00 am, costs $15, and space is limited to standing room only. recounts personal stories and her years assisting and cooking beside
Ms. Child. You’ll be treated to a light meal of some of Sara’s
favorites: Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Egg Crepes, Short Ribs
Dijonnaise with a Béarnaise Sauce and Apricot Soufflés. The cost for

At 1:00 pm, after the cooking class, Sara will be available for
autographs, photographs and a cookbook signing. This portion of
the day is open to the public and no reservations are required.
