On Friday, February 22 from 3 to 4:30 pm, I will demo 5-ingredient recipes in the Theatre Kitchen at the Rhode Island Food and Wine Festival which is part of the annual Rhode Island Spring Flower and Garden Show. My menu is: Cheesy breaded pork tenderloin steaks, Roasted Salmon with hot mustard cracker topping, buffalo rice, and warm chocolate cheesecake.
