Cook’s Notes
Kebabs come in many forms in India – some on a skewer, some more like small hamburger patties.

Garam masala is one of the spice mixes that is commonly used in Indian cooking. It’s a finishing spice that’s always added at the end of a recipe. You can find it on line:

    Sara,

Love this recipe. I caught it on CREATE TV today 6/3/2012. Where can we find the recipe for the suggested accompaniments?

Thanks for your great show and all the years you’ve dedicated to teaching us. What great cooking lessions I’ve learned from you.

      Rene,
Can you give me more details about the accompaniments? I think this must have been from season one of my show and I don’t remember all the side dishes.
